Full Biography
Yolanda E. Wilson is a fractional COO and transformation strategist. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of AdvIntell, LLC, an Atlanta-based firm, she helps growth-stage organizations build systems that grow with them.
Her approach is identity-first: she aligns what makes an organization distinctly itself with how it
actually operates. With more than 25 years of executive experience — including senior leadership roles at Deloitte, where she served as Strategic Integrator to the Global Chief Transformation Officer, and at Amazon, where she led global HR lifecycle transformation — Yolanda has guided enterprise and emerging organizations alike through the mindset shifts and structural transitions that growth demands. She holds an MBA and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, along with credentials in change leadership and Six Sigma.
She is the author of Your Freedom To Grow: From Leader-Dependent To System-Driven Organization, a #1 Amazon bestseller in multiple business categories and a practical guide to seeing an organization as a whole system — one that can be intentionally designed rather than constantly managed. At its center is her proprietary Identity Alignment Matrix™ (IAM™) framework, which gives leaders a way to see where their organization has drifted out of alignment and what to address first.
Beyond her client work, Yolanda serves as a National Trustee of the NAACP Foundation and is a Life Member of both the NAACP and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She also mentors emerging entrepreneurs through Operation HOPE's 1MBB NextGen program.
Her personal leadership credo is simple: always leave things better than you found them
